3 Questions to ask yourself at this time of year by Kelly Morgan - Next Paris

As we just get into 2018 we often start to think "What I am doing with my life?", "Where did that year go?" and "what am I going to be doing this year?" or maybe even "I'm glad 2017 is over as it didn't turn out how I hoped..."

And then of course the dreaded new years resolutions start to fade – the list of things that you're going to give up! Which can feel quite depressing at times... words like cut-back, cut-out, stop. All quite limiting vocabulary which doesn't feel expansive or inspired. More like hard gruel, and in the back of your mind you're worried that you may give up again like last time.

So I invite you to consider these 3 questions to ask yourself at this time of year​. Because if you don't the year can run away with you and suddenly a few months can go by and you still haven't started to led your life by doing what you love.So this is the perfect to take a step back, breath and look at what's really going on.

Bring with you a notebook and pen to work-through the exercises.
