Loaded Movement Training-1 (LMT) our foundation level ViPR training course providing participants with an introductory-level education on Loaded Movement Training (LMT) and exercises that make up the foundational drills of all ViPR programs!

Course participants will learn to:
- Identify the primary points of LMT
- Define core concepts of all ViPR programs
- Identify proper guiding strategies when training others
- Learn how to progress and regress movements based on the clients goals
- Learn how ViPR fits within a regular gym setting
- Leave ready to implement ViPR programs for clients with a diverse range of goals
- Leave with ready-made templates to begin systematically implementing ViPR programming
