Is your world filled with distractions? Do you crave stillness and silence, or does it scare you? How aware are you of the subtle vibrations of the body and mind?
We will use the deep practice of yin yoga, holding stretch poses for 3 - 8 minutes, to go well beyond the gross, physical sensations of the body.
It’s time to get to know yourself on a vibrational level. We will practice together in silence so we can tune in to the subtle vibrations of ourselves and others, and refine the art of hearing, listening and feeling.
Who should do this workshop? This workshop is suitable for all levels from first time beginners to advanced yin yoga practitioners
